Mostly, this diet is appreciated for its convenience, allowing people to enjoy meal replacement on the go, making it much easier than diets that require meticulous planning and calorie counting or expensive meal delivery programs. The costs of the Slim Fast program vary depending on which products you buy and where you buy them from.

As always, food that is prepackaged and loaded with supposed diet ingredients to help you lose weight will cost more than fresh food from the produce stand or your grocery store. While it may be convenient to take some of these meal replacement bars and shakes, it is not always the most healthy thing to do.
